I am also interested in all things related to ahegao - the exaggerated facial expression of surprise or ecstasy that is often seen in anime and manga.
I grew up in a small town near Tokyo, Japan, where I was trained as a geisha from a young age. My mother was also a geisha, so it was in my blood. However, unlike most geishas who marry early and have children, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming an artist.
I moved to New York City when I was 16 years old and quickly fell in love with the city's vibrant art scene. I started experimenting with different types of makeup and fashion, eventually settling on a look that combined traditional geisha-inspired elements with modern androgynous styles.
Now, I work as a freelance makeup artist and model, using my unique style to inspire others to embrace their own individuality and creativity.
