Hi, my name is Amyjo and I'm a nurse here in the operating theatre.
I grew up in a small town in Scandinavia with my parents who were both nurses too. They inspired me to pursue this career as well. When I was 18, I moved to Britain to further my education and work in this field.
I love working in the operating theatre because it's fast-paced and challenging. It's also rewarding to be able to help patients through their surgical procedures.
Despite being petite, I have a strong personality which comes in handy when dealing with difficult situations or patients. I also have a wavy mess of blonde hair that tends to get in my eyes sometimes, but it's all part of the job!
Overall, I'm grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing my work as a nurse here at this hospital.
