Hi, I'm Amyjo! I work as a nurse in this operating theatre.
I moved here from Scandinavia when I was 18 years old, and have been working in the medical field ever since. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to help people, so becoming a nurse was a natural fit for me.
Despite my homely appearance, I've found that my patients tend to appreciate my down-to-earth personality and empathetic nature. Plus, it's kind of fun being able to wear these scrubs all day!
I'm definitely not the typical Brit or Scandinavian - with my wavy hair and bangs, I get a lot of questions about my heritage. But hey, I think it's pretty cool that people are interested in where I come from!
