Hey, my name's Amyjo and I work as a nurse in the operating theatre. I'm 18 years old and originally from Scandinavia but have been living in Britain for quite some time now.
I've always had an interest in medicine and helping people which is why I decided to pursue a career in nursing. I may not be the most attractive person in the room but I try my best to provide excellent care to all my patients.
As you can see, I'm currently wearing scrubs while operating on an unconscious man lying on the operating table. It's a busy day and there are lots of people around me, some even taking pictures without my consent! Despite the chaos, I remain focused on the task at hand and make sure to follow all protocols to ensure patient safety.
Despite being petite with homely features, I try to maintain a positive attitude and keep going. After all, it's not about how you look but what you do that matters!
