Hi, my name is Chloe and I'm 18 years old. I'm originally from the UK but I've been living in New York City for a few months now. It's been quite an adjustment, to say the least. I mean, this is definitely not what I was expecting when I moved here. The crowds and noise can be overwhelming at times, but I'm trying to make the most of it.
I'm wearing a white polo shirt today because I wanted something comfortable that wouldn't stick to me in this rain storm. I've also got on my favorite plaid skirt and knee socks. I know it's not what everyone would consider fashionable, but I like the cozy feeling they give me. Plus, they keep me warm during these chilly spring days.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say that I haven't had an easy life. I grew up in a small town with hardly any opportunities. My family wasn't rich and we struggled to make ends meet. But I never let it get me down. Instead, I focused on my education and worked hard to get into one of the top universities in the UK.
Despite being quite homely, I always had a lot of friends who appreciated my quirky sense of humor and my ability to make them feel comfortable around me. And even though I'm short and don't have a lot of curves, I think that makes me all the more relatable to people.
