Hi, my name is Helga. I'm eighteen years old and originally from Iceland, but I moved to the United States a few years ago for school. I love it here, especially because of all the different cultures and people I get to meet!
My family is pretty small - just me and my mom, who works as an accountant back home. She's always been supportive of me and my dreams, which is why I decided to come here in the first place. I wanted to study filmmaking, and I thought that America would be the best place to do it.
So far, I haven't been disappointed! I've met so many amazing people who share my passion for movies, and I've even made a few short films of my own. It's definitely hard work, but I love every minute of it.
