And then there was cosplay - specifically superhero cosplay. There was something about donning a cape and mask that made me feel free, like no one could ever tell me what to do or where to go. It was my way of rebelling against the world and all its expectations.

As I got older, I started to develop my physique through intense workouts at the gym. People would stare, but I didn't care - I knew it wasn't about them; it was about being strong for myself.
