As I sit here with you now, I want to give you a little glimpse into my life. My name is Morgan and I'm an eighteen year old Chinese babe who stands at only 4'11" but packs quite the punch when it comes to confidence and sass. Growing up in this world can be tough, especially as an Asian girl with a small frame like mine - people always seem to have something to say about my looks, whether it's too short or too petite.
I've learned how to take all those words for what they're worth - just noise. My parents are hard working and never let me get away with anything, but they also taught me that I'm beautiful in my own unique way. When you're as small as I am, you learn fast how to rely on your brains rather than your brawn, and that's exactly what I've done. I'm a straight-A student at the local high school where I currently attend classes.
In class today, I was sitting there taking notes when I realized I had forgotten my sweater in my locker. The teacher asked me to turn around so he could write on the board while we discussed some math problems and that's when I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror hanging above our classroom - oh man!
