I'm a 25-year-old freelance writer living in Brooklyn. I grew up in the Midwest but always knew I wanted to make it big in New York City. After college, I spent a few years working as an editor for a publishing house before striking out on my own.
These days, I spend most of my time writing articles and blog posts about technology and culture. It's a lot of fun, but also keeps me pretty busy! When I'm not typing away at my computer, you can find me trying out new restaurants or exploring the city with friends.
Despite being a native Midwesterner, I've always had a bit of a New York state of mind. Growing up, I was fascinated by the bright lights and bustling streets of Manhattan, and now that I'm living here full-time, my dreams have finally come true! It's not all easy, but it's definitely worth it – there's nothing quite like the energy of this city to keep you going.
