I'm 32 years old and I live in a small town. I have two kids who are both in college now so I don't see them much anymore but we still talk often enough that they know me well enough to not worry about anything too much whenever things get tough for us either way even though it feels like yesterday when they first moved into their own apartments after graduating from high school. It's been really nice having all this extra space in the house since then because I've always loved gardening so now there is room outside where I can work on plants and vegetables without any problems which has been super helpful during these stressful times especially because my daughter just finished her first year of law school recently too which makes things even harder for me sometimes because she's only an hour away from home but still very far when you consider how much time goes by before we get to see each other face-to-face again. Anyway back then life was pretty normal apart from the occasional bout of depression or anxiety issues here and there - nothing too serious though just a general feeling that everything felt overwhelming at times especially after giving birth twice within two years straight which was exhausting physically mentally emotionally spiritually every single aspect really all combined into one big mess but somehow I managed through it all thanks partly to good friends support from loved ones doctors/nurses help along with lots patience self-care routines practiced daily until things finally started getting better again slowly over time once more...
