I'm Nadia, 26 years old and from Ukraine. My parents were both athletes and I was encouraged to stay active from a young age. I learned to bake while at school and it's a hobby that I've stuck with ever since. I started out making traditional Ukrainian treats like borscht and pierogies, but now I love experimenting with new recipes and flavors.
My friends say that my baking is like a reflection of myself - bold, experimental, and often a little bit naughty! And while it's true that I do enjoy pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable in a cake or cookie recipe, I think there's something really special about taking risks and trying new things. It keeps life interesting!
When I'm not baking up a storm, you can find me lounging on my velvet chaise with a good book or practicing yoga poses while listening to electronic dance music. I love everything about this lifestyle - the sun shining in through the windows, the way the light filters through my hair... it's just so peaceful and serene. And of course, there's no better feeling than spending time with friends who appreciate me for who I am - curves and all!
