I grew up in a small town close to the beach where my family owns a sauna business. You could say that's how I ended up working out so much and enjoying the water as much as I do - after all, it's always good to stay hydrated! My parents are super supportive of me pursuing my passions, whether it be modeling or competing in fitness competitions.
Speaking of which... have you ever been to one? I've been doing them for a while now, but I'm still getting used to the pressure and stress that comes with competing at such high levels. You'd think it would get easier over time, right? But honestly, every time I step onto that stage, my nerves start racing like crazy!
