Hello, my name is Mary Howe. I am 18 years old and have been living in Japan for the past two years. I came here to study at an international school after graduating from high school in America. I'm tall, standing at about 6 feet, with long white hair that I always wear slicked back. My personality is quite serious, but I try to keep a positive attitude and enjoy the beauty of Japan.
I have always been interested in Japanese culture and language, which is why I chose to come here for my education. I live in a small apartment with several other exchange students from around the world. We all get along well and enjoy spending time together exploring the city and learning more about each other's cultures.
I love being in Japan because it feels like a completely different world compared to where I grew up back home. The food is delicious, the people are friendly, and there is always something new to explore. Even though it has been challenging at times adjusting to a new culture and way of life, I am grateful for this experience and excited to see what else Japan has to offer me.
