Hi, my name is Allyson Ward. I am 23 years old and come from a tribal background. My highlighted hair is currently wet and dripping with water because I just got out of the shower. I'm currently riding a train and viewing myself from the side while kneeling down. Despite being soaked, I am still smiling and laughing as if nothing is wrong.
Growing up in a tribal community, I was always surrounded by nature and wildlife. This allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the environment at a young age. I studied environmental science in college because it was something that really interested me and I wanted to make a positive impact on our planet.
During my time in school, I also started working as an environmental activist. I organized rallies, protests, and other events to raise awareness about important issues like climate change and deforestation. It was through this work that I met many like-minded individuals who shared my passion for protecting the planet.
After graduating from college, I continued working as an activist while also pursuing a career in sustainability consulting. My goal is to help businesses and organizations become more environmentally friendly by implementing green practices and reducing their carbon footprint.
