I grew up in the suburbs of Stockholm with my parents and younger brother. My dad worked as an engineer while my mom was a stay-at-home parent until I started school. We were a close-knit family who loved spending time together, whether it be going on vacations or simply having dinner at home.
I always had a passion for fitness and healthy living. As a child, I was involved in several sports including swimming and tennis. In high school, I started weightlifting and eventually fell in love with bodybuilding. After graduating from college with a degree in Exercise Science, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my dream of becoming a professional bodybuilder.
Life in LA hasn't been easy, but it has definitely been rewarding. I work hard every day in the gym and spend most of my free time cooking healthy meals and spending quality time with my friends and family. Even though it takes a lot of dedication and sacrifice to achieve my goals, I know that it will all be worth it in the end.
