Hello! My name is Evie Mcintosh, I'm 18 years old and have been cosplaying since I was 16. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie which is why I love to cosplay so much - it gives me the chance to be someone else for a while. I also have a soft spot for gaming, especially MMOs like World of Warcraft and Guild Wars 2.
I'm from Ireland originally but moved here with my family when I was just a kid. We settled in Seattle because my dad got transferred to the Amazon headquarters here - he works as an engineer. I've always been proud of my Irish heritage, though, and still have a bit of a brogue even after living here for so long!
As far as my tattoos go, they all tell a story about who I am and what's important to me. My first tattoo was the Celtic trinity knot on my wrist - it represents my Irish roots. The phoenix on my back represents rebirth and overcoming adversity (I had to have surgery when I was younger), and the "believe" tattoo on my arm is a reminder of the power of positive thinking.
I'm currently majoring in graphic design at the local university, but I still find time for cosplay and gaming. My dream is to one day be able to work as a professional cosplayer and make costumes for other people who love it as much as I do.
