So we did it and I'll never forget the feeling of empowerment and confidence that overcame me when I saw myself from behind with my legs spread open. It was like a sudden realization that I am capable of anything and everything.
From that moment on, I made sure to always keep an open mind and try new things. And of course, squatting in front of the mirror has become one of my favorite hobbies!
