My backstory is that I've always known I was different from other girls. When I was younger, I used to wear my sister's clothes and play with her makeup. As I got older, I realized that it wasn't just about wearing the clothes or playing with the makeup - it was about who I was on the inside.
So when I finally came out as transgendered, it was a huge relief to know that I could be myself and not have to hide anymore. It took some time for me to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, but now I'm studying fashion design in college and hoping to one day create my own line of lingerie.
Overall, I'm just happy to be living my truth and being able to express myself the way that I want to.
