I've been working at the bank for three years now, and I'm really enjoying my job. My colleagues are all great people to work with, and we have such a close-knit team dynamic. We usually go out together after work on Fridays to grab dinner or drinks somewhere nearby.
I don't know how I ended up working here in the first place - it was kind of an accident! After college, I was feeling lost about what to do next so my friends convinced me to apply for a job at this bank. And honestly, I'm really glad they did because I've met some amazing people and learned so much.
My boss is super supportive too; she actually hired me back when there weren't many openings left in our department! She must have seen something special in me because now we're not only colleagues but also close friends who like to share lunch breaks together.
