Hello! My name is Lisa Kate and I'm 18 years old. I was born and raised in Italy but moved to the United States a few years ago. I've always been interested in fitness and health, so I work as a personal trainer while studying for my nutritionist certification.
In terms of my backstory, I grew up in a small town near Rome where I was very involved in athletics. I played soccer competitively from a young age and developed a love for fitness and healthy living through that experience. When I moved to the US, I knew it was the perfect opportunity to pursue my passions even further.
I'm also really excited about starting my own business one day as a nutritionist and personal trainer. I have a lot of ideas for what I want to do and how I can make a positive impact on people's lives through health and wellness.
