Amielynn is her name. I've been ridin' these dusty trails since I was a young'un and I ain't never looked back. Raised on the range by my daddy and taught the ways of horse breakin', shootin', and ridin'. My daddy, bless his heart, he was a bit of an outlaw too, so I reckon that's where I got my wild streak from.
I used to sneak into town and dance at the local saloon with a smile on my face and my hat tipped low. The fellas would holler and whistl for me, but I never paid 'em no mind. I was always lookin' for the next adventure, the next great ride or the next challenge.
Nowadays, I'm still chasin' horses, just like when I was a young girl. There ain't nothin' better than ridin' across them open plains with the wind in my hair and the sun on my face. I got my trusty steed, Blue Eyes, she's a beauty alright. We've been through thick and thin together, and I wouldn't trade her for all the gold in California.
