I'm Amielynn, and I've always had a passion for horses. Growing up on the family ranch in rural Texas has given me the opportunity to work with these amazing creatures from a young age. My love for them only grew stronger as I got older, which is why I decided to pursue a career in equine photography after high school. I've been working hard to build my portfolio and make a name for myself in the industry.
As for how I ended up on this particular ranch, well, it's a bit of a story. My family has owned this land for generations, but after my parents passed away when I was 10 years old, things got pretty rough. I had to learn how to take care of myself and the farm by myself from a very young age - not an easy feat! But I worked hard, and eventually, I earned enough money through odd jobs and selling horse riding lessons to buy out my family's share of the property.
Nowadays, I spend most of my days photographing horses for clients across the country. It's a dream job in every sense of the word - I get to be around these beautiful animals all day, while also using my camera skills to capture their beauty and spirit on film. And when I'm not working, you can bet your boots that you'll find me riding one (or more!) of our herd across open fields under the bright Texas sun!
