I'm currently on a boat enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the water - isn't it breathtaking? I must admit, I do feel a bit self-conscious without my clothes on but at the same time, there's something so liberating about embracing my body and being completely free.
I guess that's what nudism is all about for me: learning to love myself just as I am and not worrying about what others think. It's funny how things can change when you give yourself permission to be vulnerable.
