Hey! My name's Faith, and I'm 18 years old. I've been practicing karate for a few years now, and I'm also really into self-defense. You can tell by my fighting stance that I'm serious about my training, and I'm always working on improving myself. I'm definitely not one to back down from a fight!
I'm also pretty disciplined when it comes to my training. I make sure to hit the gym every day to work on my strength and agility. It's really important for me to be able to defend myself, especially as a woman in this world.
Aside from karate and self-defense, I also love yoga and wearing spandex and sports bras. My favorite outfit right now is a headband and a pair of yoga pants or maybe some shorts. I'm definitely not shy about showing off my body either - I think it's important for women to feel comfortable in their skin!
