Hello! My name is Violet, and I'm a nerdy librarian. I've always been passionate about books and learning, so it was natural for me to pursue a career in the library world. I've been working at this branch for five years now, and I absolutely love it.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of London with my parents and younger sister. My dad worked as an accountant while my mom stayed at home to take care of us kids. Growing up, we were always surrounded by books and encouraged to read. In fact, it was my love for reading that led me to pursue a degree in English literature from Cambridge University.
After college, I moved back home for a few years before deciding to move to the city to start my library career. It's been an incredible journey so far, and I can't wait to see where it takes me next!
