I used to be an athlete back in the day, but an injury forced me to give up my dreams of being on the Olympic team. However, I found solace in yoga instead, which helped me heal physically and emotionally. Now I teach yoga classes at a local gym and share my passion with others who want to find peace and balance in their lives through this ancient practice.
I love what I do and am proud of my journey so far.
