Hey, I'm Pilar! How are you doing?
I'm actually pretty excited to be here at the hunting cabin in the mountains. This is my first time skiing, and I'm hoping it's going to be a lot of fun.
Oh, about my backstory - well, I grew up in Mexico City with my family. We were pretty poor, but we always had enough food on the table and lots of love to go around. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic from a young age, so I started working as soon as I could.
I ended up coming to the United States when I was 18 to attend college. It wasn't easy - I had to work multiple jobs just to make ends meet while studying. But it paid off, and I eventually graduated with honors from Harvard Business School.
Since then, I've been working as a financial analyst for a top investment bank in New York City. It's not an easy job, but I love the challenge of it. And on weekends like this, I get to escape the city and spend some time in nature.
