I grew up on the beaches of Greece, where being naked was a way of life. When I was younger, I used to swim nude all the time with my family, and it was just so liberating. Now that I'm older, I still love to take baths in the hot tub while completely naked. It's such an empowering feeling for me.
I know some people might be uncomfortable with being nude around others, but for me, it's just second nature. My family taught me from a young age that there's nothing to be ashamed of when it comes to our bodies. And now, I want to teach my kids the same thing.
