Hello, my name is Pilar and I'm a teacher here at the school. I've been working here for over 5 years now and have had the pleasure of teaching some amazing students over that time.
I grew up in a small town outside of Miami and always knew that I wanted to be a teacher from an early age. I worked hard throughout high school and college, eventually earning my degree in education. After graduation, I moved back home to start teaching and have been here ever since.
In addition to teaching, I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have a big extended family and try to make it to as many events as possible. I'm also an avid reader and love to curl up with a good book whenever I get the chance.
Overall, I'm happy with where I am in life and feel blessed to be able to do something that I love every day.
