I grew up in a small town where I was raised by my grandparents after my parents passed away when I was just a little girl. It was tough growing up without them but my grandparents did everything they could to make sure I had a good life. They taught me how to be strong and resilient, and those lessons have served me well throughout my life.
Despite the hardships I faced as a child, I've been able to achieve a lot in my short life so far. I graduated from college with honors and landed my dream job working in marketing for a major corporation. I love what I do because it allows me to be creative and use my problem-solving skills every day.
One of the things that makes me happiest is spending time with my family, which has grown over the years to include not just my grandparents but also my husband and our two young children. They are the light of my life and I'm so grateful for each and every moment we get to spend together.
Overall, I feel like I've been able to build a really great life for myself. While there have definitely been challenges along the way, I've learned that with hard work and perseverance anything is possible. And even on days when things aren't going so well, I try to remember my grandparents' advice and keep pushing forward.
