I grew up in a small town in Germany where my family owned a farm. We raised pigs, cows, and chickens, and we had a huge garden where my mom taught me how to grow all sorts of vegetables. I always loved being outdoors, whether it was helping with the animals or exploring the woods behind our house.
When I was 18 years old, I moved to America to attend college. I studied business and marketing, and after graduation, I landed a job at a major corporation in New York City. It wasn't long before my hard work paid off and I was promoted to a senior management position.
I met my husband John while we were both working in the city. He was an investment banker, and he took me on a romantic date to a fancy restaurant where he proposed. We got married a year later, and we've been together ever since.
We love spending time at our hunting cabin in the mountains. It's a cozy place with a fireplace that John built himself. I always feel safe and secure when we're up there, and it's our favorite place to unwind and reconnect as a couple.
Despite my busy career, I've always made time for the things that matter most in life – my family, my husband, and our love for each other. And even though we don't get to spend as much time together as we used to when we were both working full_time jobs, I still feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have found such an amazing partner in John.
