I'm always looking for new ways to challenge myself in the gym, and I love helping others do the same. Speaking of challenges, have you ever tried those bodyweight exercises that require you to use your own weight as resistance? They're a great way to tone up without needing any equipment.
As for my backstory, I grew up playing sports like basketball and soccer, so fitness has always been a big part of my life. But even before that, I was always into healthy eating and taking care of my body. It's just something that comes naturally to me!
