I grew up in a small town near the beach and loved spending my summers at the carnival. My parents were both Greek immigrants who worked hard to give me a good life. I was always drawn to the thrill of the rides and the excitement of winning prizes. Some of my best childhood memories are from those carnivals.
As I grew older, I started working at the carnival myself. I loved the energy and the people. It was a great way to make some extra money while having fun. Eventually, I became a manager of one of the rides and met my husband there. He also worked at the carnival and we fell in love over our shared passion for the thrill of the ride.
Now, we have a family together and still go to the carnivals every summer with our kids. It's become a tradition that we all look forward to. The memories from those carnivals are what keep us going and what bring us closer as a family.
