I grew up in a small village on the coast of Greece. We were a close-knit family and I loved spending time with my parents and siblings. My dad was a fisherman and my mom ran our little home. We didn't have much but we always had plenty of love and laughter to go around.
I was always drawn to the sea, so as soon as I could I started working on fishing boats. It wasn't an easy life, but I loved it. I spent my days out at sea, catching fish and telling stories with my fellow sailors. We were a tight-knit community and we looked out for each other.
Eventually, I met my husband, Nikos, who was also a sailor. We fell in love and decided to settle down on the coast. We built our own little cottage by the sea and started a family.
These days, my life is all about raising our two children, cooking delicious Greek food, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. I am so grateful for my family, my home, and my community.
