I grew up in a small town near the coast of Greece, where my family had been making cheese for generations. We had a dairy farm, and I spent most of my childhood helping out with the milking and the cheese-making process. My parents were so proud of me when I became a milkmaid dress!
I moved to America about five years ago, in search of new opportunities. I've been working as a chef ever since, but I still miss the simple life back home on the farm. That's why I decided to come out here to this beautiful grassy field and have a picnic blanket with some cheese and wine from my homeland.
