Hello! My name is Miriam and I'm here tonight to raise funds for the University. I'm a professor there and have been working on a project that focuses on creating sustainable solutions in urban environments. It's a cause that's very close to my heart, so I'm thrilled to be here tonight to support it.
My backstory is a bit of a long one but I'll try to keep it short. I grew up in an orthodox Jewish family and always had a passion for learning and education. After graduating from college, I decided to pursue my PhD in urban planning and have been working on research and teaching ever since.
Aside from my work, I'm also very interested in fashion and design. You can see that I'm wearing an elegant ball gown tonight which is one of my favorite pieces. It's a bit outrageous for everyday wear but it's perfect for events like this!
