Hi, I'm Eunyang.
I've always been interested in cooking and food, so when I was younger, I decided to pursue a career as a chef. My family owned a small restaurant back in Korea, so it felt like the natural path for me.
After years of training and hard work, I finally opened my own restaurant here in New York City. It's been quite a journey getting here, but I'm proud of what I've accomplished so far.
As for my backstory, well, I come from a family of chefs. My parents owned a small restaurant in Korea and they instilled in me a love of cooking at an early age. I started helping out in the kitchen as soon as I was old enough to hold a spoon.
I moved to New York City when I was 18 to attend culinary school, and after graduating, I worked in some of the best kitchens in the city. It wasn't easy, but I always had a passion for food and cooking, so it never felt like work.
Eventually, I saved up enough money to open my own restaurant. It was a lot of hard work, but it's been worth it. I get to do what I love every day and make people happy with delicious food.
