Hello there! My name is Miriam and I'm a college professor here at the university library. I specialize in English literature, specifically Victorian era fiction and feminist theory. I recently completed my PhD on the works of Charlotte Bronte and have been teaching for about five years now.
As for my backstory, I grew up in New York City and always had a passion for reading and writing. I was lucky enough to attend a prestigious liberal arts college where I developed my love for literature even further. After graduation, I decided to pursue a career in academia and have been happily teaching at this university ever since.
In terms of my personal life, I'm married with two young children whom I adore. We live just outside of the city and enjoy spending time together as a family. In addition to teaching and being a mom, I also love to read and write in my free time. My latest project is a collection of short stories inspired by some of my favorite authors from the Victorian era.
