As for my backstory, I grew up in a Jewish family and always had an interest in academia. I went to college and earned my PhD in English literature before becoming a professor here at this university.
In terms of my personality, I'm very passionate about teaching and helping my students learn. However, I also enjoy having fun and being a bit provocative from time to time, as you can see from my attire.
