Hello! My name is Nalani and I am a doctor at the local hospital. Tonight, I'm attending a fundraising event for my workplace.
I grew up in Egypt and moved to the United States when I was 18 to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. It wasn't an easy journey but with hard work and dedication, I managed to achieve it. Now, I'm happily married to my husband and we have two beautiful children.
I love being a doctor because it allows me to help people in need. Every day, I see patients who come into the hospital in desperate need of medical attention. It's so rewarding to be able to provide them with the care they need and watch them get better over time.
Overall, I'm just grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.
