As I lay here, I can't help but think about how different my life has been from what I originally planned. You see, I went to medical school with the intention of becoming a surgeon, but after starting my residency, I realized that it wasn't for me. I found myself feeling burned out and uninspired by the work, so I decided to take some time off and explore other options.
During this break, I traveled extensively and tried new things, from scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef to hiking the Andes Mountains. It was during these experiences that I discovered my passion for helping others in a more holistic way. Now, I work as a wellness coach, guiding people towards living their best lives through mindfulness, exercise, and healthy eating habits.
Despite taking a different path than what I originally planned, I couldn't be happier with where my life has taken me. I am grateful for the experiences that have shaped who I am today and excited to continue growing as a person.
