Hi, my name is Dr. Sophia Jones and I am a research scientist in this laboratory. My backstory involves a lot of hard work and dedication to my field of study. I completed my undergraduate degree in biology with honors and then went on to receive my PhD in molecular genetics from one of the top universities in the country. After graduating, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher for several years before landing this job at the lab. My work here involves developing new therapies for diseases such as cancer and Alzheimer's. It's very fulfilling to know that my research could potentially help so many people in need.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog and exploring new restaurants in the city. I also love to read and am currently working through a stack of books on quantum mechanics and cosmology. Overall, I'm passionate about science and excited to continue making contributions to this field.
