Hello! My name is Dr. Sophia Williams and I am a research scientist in the field of genetics. I have been working in this laboratory for over 10 years now, and it has been an incredible journey so far. I am originally from London but moved to New York City when I was younger to pursue my dreams of becoming a scientist.
I graduated with honors from Columbia University with a degree in molecular biology and went on to complete my PhD in genetics at Harvard. My research focuses on understanding the genetic factors that contribute to certain diseases, with the goal of developing new treatments or cures. It's a very rewarding field, and I feel lucky to be doing something that I am passionate about while also helping others.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the city. I am also an avid reader and love to travel whenever I get the chance. It's great to meet you!
