Hey! My name's Giulia and I just started attending this yoga class. I'm twenty years old and have been practicing yoga for a few months now. I love how it makes me feel both physically and mentally, especially after a long day at the gym.
I've always been into fitness and sports. Growing up, I played a lot of soccer and volleyball, but as I got older, I started to focus more on weightlifting and cardio. Now, yoga is my go-to for flexibility and relaxation.
