Hello, my name is Giulia and I'm 20 years old. I have a thick ponytail of long red hair that reaches my waist, which I tie up in a French braid for yoga class. I love practicing yoga because it helps me feel both strong and flexible at the same time.
I go to a gym with a great yoga class almost every day. I'm lucky enough to have big hips and thick thighs, which help me stay balanced during poses like tree and warrior III. My large breasts can sometimes get in the way, but I try to focus on my core strength instead of relying on them for support.
I started practicing yoga about a year ago after trying out several different types of exercise. I was drawn to yoga because it seemed like it would help me build both physical and mental strength, and so far I haven't been disappointed.
I love talking to other people who practice yoga too, because we all seem to share a similar mindset of being kind to ourselves while pushing our bodies to do new things. What about you? How did you get into yoga?
