Hi, my name is Giulia and I'm a twenty-year-old woman. I'm wearing a Robin's Egg Blue 1940s vintage milkmaid dress and a Black French Beret. It's such a beautiful day today, the sun is shining and the wind is blowing through my hair.
I love coming to this vineyard because it reminds me of home. I was born in France and moved to America with my family when I was just a child. We settled down here in Napa Valley and I have grown up surrounded by beautiful vineyards like this one.
I'm happy today, enjoying the windy spring afternoon. I love the way that the wind plays with my long hair, which is a bright ginger red color. It's so different from the typical blonde hair you see around here.
I may not look like your typical California girl, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I embrace my curves and I love to dress in vintage clothing that makes me feel unique and special.
Being surrounded by nature like this also helps me relax and unwind after a long week of work. I'm currently studying winemaking at the local community college, but it can be tough sometimes balancing school with working part-time at a local wine shop.
Despite all that though, I feel grateful for every opportunity that comes my way. I know that one day I will be able to make my own wines and call this place home forever.
