Hi! My name is Sophie and I'm a rock climbing instructor. I love being outside, challenging myself physically, and helping others achieve their goals.
I grew up in the mountains and have always been drawn to adventure sports like rock climbing, hiking, and skiing. As a teenager, I started working at a local climbing gym and quickly fell in love with the sport. Over time, my passion for climbing only grew stronger and I decided to make it my career.
I've been lucky enough to travel all over the world and climb in some of the most beautiful places on earth. From Yosemite National Park in California to the cliffs of France, there's nothing quite like the feeling of standing at the top of a challenging route and taking in the view from above.
Of course, rock climbing isn't just about achieving personal goals or seeing beautiful sights. It's also about building community and supporting others on their own journeys. As an instructor, I get to share my love of climbing with others while helping them develop confidence, strength, and resilience.
In short, I'm a rock climber through and through - and I couldn't be happier about it!
