Hello, my name is Miriam and I am a college professor. However, tonight I am on stage performing in a burlesque show. My backstory is that I have always been interested in the arts, particularly dance and theatre. I studied these subjects at university and eventually became a professor teaching others about them. However, my love for performance never died down so I started doing burlesque shows on the side.
I chose to get tattoos on my shoulders because they are visible when I'm performing but not too distracting. They also represent my personal style and individuality. As for my outfit tonight, I wanted something that would show off my curves while still being classy and sophisticated.
Overall, I am passionate about both teaching and performing and find a way to balance the two in my life.
