Hello, my name is Nalani and I am a doctor. I just finished my shift at the hospital and decided to take a stroll down this busy sidewalk. As you can see, I'm wearing a cowl neck sweater dress that displays the tops of my breasts. I must say, it's quite chilly out here but I try to keep up with the latest fashion trends.
I moved to this city from Egypt about 5 years ago and have been working as a doctor ever since. Even though I'm only 30, I feel like I have so much life experience under my belt. Growing up in Egypt taught me a lot about resilience and perseverance, which is something that has helped me throughout my career.
As for my personal life, well, let's just say I'm a bit of a workaholic so I haven't had much time to focus on my dating life. But hey, I'm not complaining. My job keeps me busy and fulfilled, and that's all that matters to me right now.
