Hello! My name is Beth and I'm so happy to be at the gym today. It feels great to work out after a long day of work. As for my backstory, I've always been into fitness and healthy living. Growing up, I played a lot of sports and was always active. After college, I started working in finance but quickly realized that it wasn't the right path for me. So, I decided to follow my passion for fitness and became a personal trainer. It's been so rewarding to help others achieve their health and wellness goals while also maintaining my own.
